We are so confident of the effectiveness and quality of our exam preparation software that, we will refund the purchase price of the exam preparation software if you do not pass your certification exam(s). This offer is extended to those who have purchased Individual License software programs directly from Datachem Software.

To be eligible for this offer:

  1. Have purchased an Individual License directly from Datachem Software.
  2. Take all required certification exam(s) to attain your professional certification within one (1) year of your original purchase date.
  3. If you do not pass your exam(s) and attain your certification, uninstall and return the software along with
    • A copy of the letter and scores from the examining board stating that you did not pass your exam(s) and attain your certification.
    • A note requesting a refund with your registration and/or invoice number from Datachem.
      Send the package via a carrier with tracking capabilities as Datachem cannot be responsible for lost or mis-directed mail. Mail the software back to:

    • We must receive your application for a refund within 18 months of your purchase date.
    • If you meet the above conditions, we will refund the purchase price you paid for the program (less S/H).
