Individual License
An INDIVIDUAL license for a Datachem Software product authorizes the individual to use the questions, explanations and program. The purchaser DOES NOT OWN the content of the software, the question/explanation text, nor the application. The use of the questions, explanations and program are limited as described below.This product is copyrighted. All rights are owned by Datachem Software, Inc. Unauthorized copies are prohibited.
This product is authorized for use by ONLY ONE individual. The authorized user may elect to install the software on more than one computer at a time, but it is to be used only by the authorized user. Regardless of who purchases the software, only one person is authorized to use the software.
Rights to use the questions, explanations and program are NOT TRANSFERABLE. A company or organization that purchases the product is responsible for designating one authorized user within the company or organization. The purchasing company or organization cannot transfer the right to use the software again to another user.
Printed copies of the questions are also copyrighted and are covered by this license. The license holder may not distribute questions that have been printed from the database for use by any other person or organization.
Use of the software constitutes agreement with these license terms.
Site License
A SITE/NETWORK LICENSE for a Datachem Software product authorizes employees at only one site in a company or organization to use the software. A site is defined as a distinct mailing address. The authorized site is displayed on the bottom of the background screen. The software may be installed on a network server and access may be granted to any and all employees of the company who have offices and work out of the licensed site. For the network installation, the software cannot be part of a WAN (Wide Area Network) or be placed on multiple servers. The software must be accessed through a LAN (Local Area Network) from only one server. A corporate license is needed to place the software on a WAN.
The purchaser does not own the software, the question/explanation content nor the application. The licensee has purchased the right to use the program, questions and explanations and software. The rights of use are further limited as described below.
Use at any site other than the licensed site or use by individuals not employed by the licensed company or organization even though they may work at the licensed site is strictly prohibited. The license is not transferable to any other company, organization or individual. Copies of the product may be made and distributed to individuals who have an office and work out of the licensed site and are employees of the licensed company or organization Personnel who meet these conditions are called "authorized users". These authorized users may install the software on home computers or laptops for use off-site. Responsibility for controlling distribution of copies of this product lies with the licensed company or organization.

Use of the software constitutes acceptance of the license agreement.
Corporate License
A CORPORATE LICENSE for a Datachem Software product authorizes ANY EMPLOYEE of the licensed company to use the software on any computer. The authorized company is displayed on the bottom of the background screen. Employees of company subsidiaries or affiliates are NOT authorized to use the software.
The purchaser does not own the software, the question/explanation text nor the application. The licensee has purchased the right to use the program, questions and explanations and software. The rights of use are further limited as described below.
Use by individuals who are NOT employed by the licensed company is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes contractors or consultants. The license is not transferable to any other company, organization or individual. Copies of the product may be made and distributed to individuals covered under the license agreement. Authorized users may install the software on home computers or laptops for use off-site. Responsibility for controlling distribution of copies of this product lies with the licensed company or organization.

Educational License
An Educational Institution License authorizes instructors of the educational institution to use the software for instructional purposes in the classroom and/or related computer labs. Students enrolled in the class are authorized to use the software in the classroom and related computer labs for the duration of the course. The educational institution cannot copy and/or distribute the software to students or other instructors/employees for non-instructional purposes.A REGIONAL LICENSE for a Datachem Software product authorizes ANY EMPLOYEE of the licensed company or organization within the designated region to use the software on any PC. The name of the authorized company or organization and region is displayed on the bottom of the background screen. Employees of company subsidiaries, or affiliates are NOT authorized to use the software. Contractors, temporary workers, and other people who may work at facility of the licensed company or organization, but who are not employees are NOT authorized to use the software.
The licensed company/organization does not own the software program or the question/explanation text that is contained in the software. The licensed company/organization has purchased only the right to use the program, questions and explanations. Rights of use are further limited as described below.
Use by individuals who are NOT employed by the licensed company or organization is strictly prohibited. This prohibition includes contractors or consultants. The license is not transferable to any other company, organization or individual. Employees of business entities that become employees of the licensed company/organization as the result of merger or acquisition of the two companies/organizations after the date on which Datachem Software granted license to use the software to the licensed company/organization are NOT authorized to use the software.

Responsibility for controlling distribution of copies of this product rests with the licensed company or organization.
